All orders will be properly sanitized, cleaned and refurbished before being shipped. In order to keep buyers comfortable while purchasing from my site, I will take extra measures to ensure the cleanliness of my items.
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. (Otherwise I will send an email to notify of delay)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me through the "Contact" section on my website right away. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping will have a flat rate depending on the country that the item will be shipped to. Shipping will not change due to multiple items being added into the cart. If shipping is not available in your country, I will be expanding my shop worldwide soon.
Fragile products such as makeup, glass, purfume, etc. will be packaged very carefully.
I will not be accepting returns or refunds at this time once the item has been shipped. However, if an item is damaged while shipping please contact me through the "contact" section on my website.
